To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the U.S. Men's and Women's national teams, Nike has unveiled a classic yet contemporary centennial kit.

Certain design elements, including the enlarged crest, enlarged V-neck cut, and the clean white color choice, is based off of the OG 1916 uniform worn for the first game against Sweden in Stockholm (we won: USA! USA!). But the classic homage ends there, as the performance benefits are nothing but next level.

Constructed using Dri-FIT technology, the fabric is 23 percent lighter yet 20 percent stronger than Nike's previous knits thanks the brand's use of recycled polyester material. A detail you'll appreciate on the pitch is the laser-cut ventilation holes down the sides of the body for a needed cooling effect. Now you're ready to represent.

The U.S. Men's and Women's national team kits are availabe at Nike and in stores starting today.
