adidas hooked the Notre Dame Fighting Irish with an impressive collection of uniforms last football season. This year, we expect more of the same, starting with the just-unveiled alternate TECHFIT uniforms for Notre Dame's annual Shamrock Series game against Arizona State on October 5, 2013.
Sticking to team colors, the Shamrock Series adidas TECHFIT jersey is all-white with gold and Kelly green shamrock accents, as well as Celtic numbers. Underneath, players will wear a TECHFIT baselayer that reads "FIGHTIN' IRISH" on the chest and "ND" on each bicep. Notre Dame's classic gold helmets also get upgraded with a gold chrome shamrock on each side and a green chrome face mask. To round out their on-field look for the game, the Irish will wear the Crazyquick and adizero 5-Star 2.0 cleats.
