Fresh off the unveiling of the adiZero 5-Star 3.0, it looks like adidas is simultaneously testing the waters with a namesake signature football cleat for Robert Griffin III.

The RGIII is the same cleat the Three Stripes debuted in a special camo colorway in honor of Veteran’s Day earlier in 2013, except it’s not as flashy in design. It won’t cost you as much either.

Whereas the 5-Star 3.0 is a low top silhouette built purely for speed, the RGIII is a mid-top cleat designed for players who need that extra ankle support. It features a Quickweb upper that provides superior strength and support without the added weight. Inside the cleat, a Techfit bootie and Quickframe plate create a snug and stable fit that holds its form during quick cuts and directional changes.

For now, the adidas RGIII is only available in a Vivid Yellow/Black colorway. Though it probably won’t be long until additional color options hit the market. Along with the 5-Star 3.0, the RGIII is one of two new adidas cleats set to make their on-field debut in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
