It’s been a year to remember for Lionel Messi, a year in which the four-time reigning FIFA Player of the Year set the world record for goals scored in a calendar year. So to reward its biggest soccer endorsee, adidas has decided to Messi with his very own collection of apparel and footwear, including the latest version of his signature adizero F50 cleats. The signature collection consists of some slick training gear and apparel. However the star of the show, undoubtedly, is the all-new adizero F50.

Weighing in at a mere 5.8 ounces, the latest F50 boot is one of the lightest ever made. The boot still has all the same performance specs as Messi’s current F50, including an all-weather Sprintskin upper, a Sprintframe chassis, and Sprintweb on the inside for support. In fact, aside for a weight reduction, the only other major update is the aesthetics dept. Drawing inspiration from Messi’s personal favorite colors, adidas has given the boot a striking Red/White colorway, replacing the current Yellow/White combo.

The miCoach-enabled boot, along with the rest of Messi’s signature collection will become available starting March 1. You can pre-order the cleats now at adidas.
