The basketball season just ended, but adidas is already back at work making sure ballers have some summer-friendly sneaker options to hoop in this offseason. Following the success of the previous two adiZero Crazy Light models, adidas today unveils the next iteration of the lightweight basketball shoe, the Crazy Light 3.

Tipping the scale at just 9.4 ounces, the Crazy Light 3 is one of lightest shoes in its category. The shoe features a slightly modified upper for enhanced comfort and a better overall fit. Its cushioning and support have also been improved thanks to a 4-layer SprintWeb construction with added foam in key areas. A SprintFrame chassis offers lightweight stability and multi-directional on the hardwood, making it a solid choice for both guards and forwards.

Check out the adiZero Crazy Light 3 on the feet of NBA stars Ricky Rubio, Mike Conley Jr., and Jrue Holiday this summer at the adidas Quick vs. Fast tour in China. The shoe will be available starting August 1 in a complete range of color options. The price is set at $140.
