Toronto Raptors’ big man Amir Johnson probably won’t turn any head with his consistently mediocre stat line, but if he puts his own face on his sneakers, well, that just might do the trick.

In a season-opening loss to the Indiana Pacers, Johnson took the term “personalized sneakers” to another level by having a self-portrait printed atop a pair of Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4s. From a performance angle, the Huarache 2K4s are easily one of the best basketball sneakers to ever hit the hardwood—so props for that. Johnson’s bold visual take on the shoes, however, is nothing short of ridiculous. Not even MJ got to put his mug on a pair of sneakers. He had to settle for a Jumpman.

Until Johnson gets his act together on the court, he should perhaps refrain from ever wearing them in a game again. But even then, just don't.
