With the current baseball season all but over, Under Armour has released a new training shoe to ensure players can get back to work doing what they do best this offseason.
Built on UA’s oh-so-familiar Spine chassis, the Spine Turf Trainer is a lightweight and flexible training sneaker built to compliment virtually any off-field workout routine. The shoe features a slimmer athletic cut for enhanced mobility, and a synthetic and mesh upper that offers just the right amount of ventilation and support.
In addition to the Spine frame, the Turf Trainer comes loaded with a 4D Foam footbed, which molds to the shape of the foot for a custom, locked in fit. It also comes with a full-length Micro G foam midsole for cushioning and impact protection. On the outside, a series of 3mm lugs are set in place to provide traction on various surfaces, including grass and indoors.
