Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL) first launched in 2010 by debuting a line of basketball shoes, powered by their patented Load ‘N Launch technology. Although the shoes were ultimatley banned by the NBA for providing a unfair advantage, the didn't stop APL from innovationg and today, they mark a new chapter in their early history by launching the brand's first ever running line.

The new line features three styles, the Joyride, TechLoom Pro and the Windchill, all designed for maximum performance, comfort and durability. Each shoe features APL's newest version of the multi-patented Load ‘N Launch technology, specifically designed to allow runners to increase performance and expend less effort. The shoes also include APL's new Propelium midsole technology to aid in comfort and enhanced energy generation.

The TechLoom Pro is a true standout here as it rivals the tech of Nike's Flyknit and adidas Primeknit by utilizing a revolutionary upper construction that is seamlessly woven from performance textiles. The single layer construction allows the shoe to be lightweight as well as offer maximum support, breathability, flex and strength through exceptional fit and maximum comfort.

“The Athletic Propulsion Labs running shoe line has been in development for over 4 years as we strived to achieve the ultimate levels of design, technology and construction to create products that deliver world-class performance features and outstanding comfort, stability and control. We believe the engineering and construction in our Joyride, TechLoom Pro and Windchill running shoes make them the most comfortable, high-performance running shoes in the market today,” said Ryan Goldston, Co-Founder of Athletic Propulsion Labs.
