Bryce Harper Hits Record-Setting Walk-off in Under Armour Spine Highlight ST

Last night, the Washington Nationals were able to pick up their first win in seven games as they dropped the Pittsburgh Pirates 9-7. With Washington down with two outs in the ninth, Bryce Harper came to the rescue and blasted a walk-off homer, sealing the victory for the Nats. This is Washington’s first win in eleven days, and will hopefully help to motivate the team as they look to build a postseason push.

Harper, who’s just 20 years old, became the first player 21 years old or younger to hit a walk-off homer in ten years, the last being Miguel Cabrera. Surprisingly, the game-winning blast did little to faze the young slugger, as he was just looking for that elusive W: “I’m serious, I couldn’t care less about whether it went over the fence or if it was a double off the wall. I don’t really remember any of the play. I kind of do. But I’m just very happy that we won the ballgame,” Harper said post-game.

For the important win, Harper laced up a pair of the Under Armour Highlight ST, which seems to have become his unofficial signature model. The UA Highlight ST baseball cleats feature a CompFit ankle sleeve for snug, cushioned lockdown on the diamond. They’re also loaded with full length Micro G cushioning and a padded MPZ tongue for further comfort and cushion. Traction is provided by a rotational 6-3 spike configuration, while a Pebax UA Spine cage delivers support. Hit the field in the Under Armour Highlight ST for $110.
