For those who know and played football, know the term Hell Week and what comes with the term. This is a literal week of hell, where you are put through a rigorous training regimen to prepare for the up-coming football season. Every August, thousands of high school football players prepare their minds and body to survive the week of conditioning, skills training and football strategy. It is not easy but you do learn a lot from these 7 days, about yourself and about your teammates. Dick’s Sporting Goods with the help of ESPN introduces to us a look into Hell Week.

The documentary follows the Station Camp High School football team as they go through this intense preseason practices at an overnight training camp in the Tennessee Mountains. "Dick's Sporting Goods Films Presents Hell Week provides a behind-the-scenes look into one of the most physically-demanding weeks in all of sports," said Ryan Eckel, Dick's Sporting Goods Vice President, Brand Marketing.

Hell Week will debut on ESPN2 tonight at 7:30pm EST. Station Camp HS will host the Beech High School airing on ESPN2 for their season opener as part of the ESPN High School Kickoff on Sunday, August 25th at Noon. You don't want to miss this intense experience.
