Just last week with the World Cup approaching, Nike gave us a definitive look into their history in football. Now Nike is continuing the history lesson by introducing the Genealogy of Innovation, showcasing 40 years of Nike design, 30 years of sneaker culture and 20 years of Nike Football.

The one of a kind experience allows visitors to explore the Nike archives and discover previously untold stories behind the design of some of their most iconic models including all the latest Nike Football boot innovations.

The Genealogy of Innovation details over 200 game-changing shoes and football boots from the Swoosh archives beginning with the very first shoe to bear the now iconic logo in 1971, to the latest and greatest of today including the Magista and the Mercurial Superfly.

Nike decided to launch the Genealogy of Innovation web experience after successful exhibitions at Nike’s Phenomenal House spaces in Paris, London and Berlin earlier this summer.
