While it's hard to argue that 2012 was a fairly quiet year for Jet's quarterback Tim Tebow, there's no denying his star power and the draw that his namesake brings. And although the latest news points to Tebow getting yet another change of scenery in 2013, Nike is hoping to capitalize on the buzz and potential offered by the young superstar. Although Tebow has had his own PE cleats in the past, this will be the very first signature sneaker for the NY QB.

Debuting later this year is the Lunar Tebow, a high-cut crosstrainer that looks to deliver performance needs while prepping for the big game. The upper features an ankle strap for lockdown, a number of perforations for breathability, and what appears to be a Hyperfuse skin. Maybe these will help him to score better the next time Workout Cop stops by.
