We're just one week into the 2013 tennis season and already there have been some notable changes in scenery for some of the best tennis players in the world. Following Milos Raonic, who recently became the first tennis player to sign with New Balance, Gael Monfils has decided to drop K Swiss in place of Asics as his official apparel and footwear provider. Monfils, who has been ranked as high as No. 7 in the world in his young pro career, had a disappointing 2012, causing him to drop in rank. However, the new year brings new hope for the 26-year-old Frenchman—he certainly has the skill level to get back to the Top 10. This one's certainly an ace for Asics, well played.

Check out the video above featuring Monfils above.
