Garmin continues to expand their line of tracking-enhanced gear with an update to the Approach Series golf GPS. This handy gadget is pre-loaded with 30,000 worldwide courses, ready for use right out of the box with no hidden fees. Not only can it measure the front, back, and middle of the green like the Approach S1, but the S2 now features layup and dogleg distances.

"The Approach S2 is the perfect companion for the recreational golfer. With over 30,000 courses across the world available out of the box, matched with the extensive measurement features and digital scorecard, this device will instantly give golfers a competitive edge," said Dan Bartel, VP of Garmin's worldwide sales.

The new model is available in three different styles (pictured above) and releases March 2013 with a retail price of $250. Will you be giving the Approach S2 a shot this spring?
