While Babolat is just coming off a release of Rafael Nadal’s latest signature tennis racket, the AeroPro Drive, rival brand Head is taking on a more secretive approach to the release of their head honcho, Novak Djokovic’s weapon of choice.
With a release date set for January 11, 2013, the latest version of the Head Speed MP is an upgraded version of the racket that helped Djokovic earn the world No. 1 ranking in 2012. Though we’ve been instructed to not divulge any detailed information about the new racket just yet, Head has kindly sent us one to test out. So while our very own weartesters get to work, check out the video above featuring Novak on a top-secret test run.
