Despite the Kobe 10's waiting in the wings, Nike continues to drop some crazy colorways of the Kobe 9.  A few days back, we saw Nike drop a limited edition version of the Kobe 9 after the Black Mamba surpassed Michael Jordan on the all-time scoring list. Today, the Swoosh is back with one of the dopest colorways we've seen as the Kobe 9 approaches it's final days.

The Nike Kobe 9 EM "Villian Red" features takes the engineered mesh upper to new heights by hitting it with an insane graphic print. The shoes give off a stained-glass vibe, similar to the Christmas Kobe 8's but with much more intricate details. Coming in a mix of villain red, purples, crimson, and metallic gold to finish off the Swoosh, this is easily one of the most detailed Kobe 9's to ever surface.

There's not much information on whether these are for a special occasion, or just another drop, but what we do know is they're currently scheduled for a January 3 release to kick off the new year. Check out the full image below, and let us know what you think of the latest Kobe 9 EM colorway.
