Inov-8 has established itself as one of the premiere makers of minimalist running footwear, but now it looks like there’s more to the brand than just running.
In Fall 2013, Inov-8 is set to launch its very first weightlifting shoe, the Fastlift 335 for men, and the Fastlift 315 for women. Designed with state-of-the-art weightlifting technology, the Fastlift is all about stability, support, and of course comfort. The shoe’s Meta-Flex system gives it flexibility in the forefoot, while a sticky rubber outsoles keeps athletes grounded as they pump out the reps.
With the release set for July, it looks like Inov-8 will be targeting Crossfit competitions to get the word out on its new lifting shoe. Not a bad marketing scheme at all.
