Nike Lebron X Hoops for Troops PE

LeBron James Debuts “Hoops for Troops” PE Colorway of the Nike LeBron 10

Ahead of the 2013/14 NBA season, Nike rolled out the latest signature shoe for LeBron James in the LeBron 11, however the shoe has been the talk of some controversy in the last few games.

While it hasn’t been confirmed by either Nike or LeBron’s camp, word on the web is that King James has been switching out his newly released shoes in lieu of the previous Lebron 10 model due to discomfort in the shoe’s toe box. And it happened again in last night’s game between the Miami Heat and the Los Angeles Clippers.

This time, however, LJ hit the court in a never-before-seen “Hoops for Troops” PE colorway of the LeBron 10 (a shoe that was apparently left out of LeBron’s on-court sneaker choices from last season). Chances are Nike is well aware of the new-found issues with the LeBron 11, and likely has gone to work making tweaks to the shoe to get it game-ready. Lots more to come from this developing story as the season progresses. Stay tuned.
