Meb Keflezighi doesn't need much of an introduction. The US Olympic Trials Marathon champ and former record holder has just joined the ElliptiGO Project. The movement is made up of high-level athletes who utilize unique and innovative training tools and techniques.

The 37 year old Keflezighi is the twenty-first athlete to come aboard the Project, joining names such as Julie Culley, Neely Spence, Magdalena Lewy Boulet, and more.

The ElliptiGO will help Meb prepare for the upcoming Boston Marathon. "[Cross-training] provides an ideal way for me to get in a cardio workout without stressing my body with another run. Cross-training has been a big part of my normal training regime throughout my career. With my infected foot, I couldn’t run for several weeks, so there was no way I could rely on run training to prepare me for the Trials."
