Early in the postseason, Denver looked like a serious contender thanks to players like Ty Lawson. Unfortunately for the Nuggets, their first round opponent was the red-hot Golden State Warriors. Denver put up a fight, taking Golden State to six games, but they were eliminated 4-2 by the Steph Curry-led Warriors.

Over six games, Lawson averaged 21.3 points per game, providing the backbone for the Nuggets as they made their playoff push.
