Nike Announces Winner of LeBron 11 Shirt Design Contest

With the release of the LeBron 11 earlier in fall, Nike gave kids between the ages of 5-12 a once-in-a-lifetime chance to design a shirt for King James. Out of thousands of submissions, LJ hand-selected the shirt designed by an 11-year-old kid from San Jose, California named Rahul. The winning design (as seen above) features an illustration of LeBron’s hand rocking both of his championship rings with the accompanying tagline “Not One. Not Two. Not Given. Earned.”

As the contest winner, Rahul will get to go on a trip to Miami to watch LeBron play. In addition, Rahul’s elementary school will receive an equipment donation to their PE program courtesy of the Swoosh.

The other design submissions can be found here. The winning design has been printed on Nike-branded t-shirts, which will be sold in limited quantities at Nike, as well at select retailers including Nike San Francisco, Nike Milpitas, and Gilroy factory store.
