Last week we gave you a look at the soon-to-be-released Nike Free 5.0. Today, we take a peak at another Free model that is slated to hit retailers in early April, the Free 4.0 v3.

Entering into its third generation, the middle child of the popular Nike Free series comes with a redesigned upper for improved comfort and performance. The shoe is expected to have better breathability thanks to its large mesh panels, and have a sock-like fit due to welded overlays that do away with bulky seams.

The upper is really the only upgrade from the previous model, with the shoe keeping its 6mm heel-to-toe differential for a natural feel. Of course, everything is housed on a super-flexible Free outsole designed to give runners a minimal-type feel. Price for the 4.0 v3 is set at $95.
