By this time of the year, many New Year’s resolutions usually get forgotten about, or get put on the back burner. However, Nike is doing all it can to help you keep your personal goals intact (at least if you’re a woman).

The Swoosh has just rolled out its latest training sneaker, the Free TR Fit 3, but as mentioned above, the shoe is exclusively for the ladies—sorry guys. The TR Fit 3 features the perfect blend of comfort and flexibility to ensure that women get through the toughest of workouts without a hitch. The shoe’s deep Nike 5.0 flex grooves on the outsole are design to emulate the natural movements of barefoot running, but with some added cushioning for comfort. The upper on the TR Fit 3 is constructed from a lightweight, breathable mesh fabric with built-in zonal support columns for stability.
