The celebration of LeBron James' first NBA Championship continues as Nike gets set to launch the limited edition LeBron 9 Championship Pack on August 11th.
The footwear pack includes the LeBron 9 MVP sneakers worn by 'King James' the game after he was awarded the 2012 MVP Award, and the Lebron 9 PS Elite, which he wore in Game 1 of the 2012 NBA Finals. Featuring both Nike's Flywire technology and Hyperfuse construction, the Lebron 9 is the first shoe to incorporate these two features in a basketball shoe. As if that weren't enough, the kicks step it up another notch with a midsole that combines Max Air 180 in the heel, and a Nike Zoom unit in the forefoot in order to be able to handle the freakish abilities of a baller like LeBron.
The LeBron 9 Championship Pack will be released in limited quantities across North American and China only.
