Nike Georgetown has rolled out a set of women-exclusive shoes just ahead of Sunday’s Nike Women Half Marathon in Washington D.C.
The We Run DC limited collection features some of the latest Nike Running innovations, including the Flywire-infused Nike Free 5.0+ and a bling'd out version of the Nike Roshe Woven. Also included a special edition of the Nike Studio Wrap Pack as well. Though we want to clarify that the latter should not be used for running.
The Nike Free 5.0+ is the most technical shoe out of the three. It is designed to move with the foot more naturally, and weighs next to nothing. Despite a lightweight build, the Free outsole offers decent cushioning. The shoe has become a popular choice for distance runners all over.
While the Roshe Run Woven DC and Studio Wrap Pack are exclusive to Nike Georgetown, the Free 5.0+ DC will be released on April 25 to other retailers nationwide.
