Designed for High Intensity Training—a fast-paced workout routine—Nike has introduced a women’s specific trainer in the Free Bionic.

The shoe, which uses Nike’s 6 Core Moves of Training as a foundation, is part of a growing collection of training sneakers designed to conform to the foot shape of women.

The Free Bionic is a minimalist’s dream-come-true. It features a low-profile design for better ground contact, and a lightweight articulated upper the moves with the feet rather than restricting them. The shoe features a more rounded arch for proper support, as well as a neoprene bootie in the heel and collar to keep the feet grounded and well-supported during intense training.
