It’s that time of the year when brands go heavy on the soccer releases. Following the adidas Nitrocharge release earlier this month, Nike has rolled out its latest soccer cleat, the Hypervenom.

Designed with insight from world class stars like Neymar, Wayne Rooney, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, the Hypervenom is made for players who like to get into the penalty area and show off their quick footwork in tight spaces. The cleat features a completely new Nikeskin upper for a soft touch and maximum ball control, paired with ACC (All Conditions Control) technology for all-weather play.

The Hypervenom also comes with a new foot last for a fit that’s closer to the ground. A compressed nylon chassis offers strength in a lightweight build, and an aggressive stud configuration promotes quicker response time, as well as faster overall speed.

Look for the Hypervenom to make its on-field debut on the feet of Neymar and Rooney, as Brasil and England square off on June 2.
