Can someone just make KD a weatherman already? By now your all aware of Durant's childhood dream to one day become a meteorologist. Nike is once again bringing that dream to life in sneaker form, this time by adding the "Uprising" lightning graphic to NikeiD.
Last week we got a detailed look at the latest weather inspired signature with the KD 7 "Uprising". The newest NikeiD graphic for the KD 7's features a very detailed thunder storm that resembles KD's dream, as well as his ability to strike at any moment when on the court. The graphic comes in five different looks and is available through the quarter Hyperposite panel of the shoe. Durant recently broke a bone in his foot leaving him sidelined for 6-8 weeks so unfortunately he won't get to debut the KD 7's to kick off the season, but expect him to bring the heat when he returns.
