If there was ever a bit of news to motivate you to get out and give 100%, it's this. The world's oldest marathon runner, Fauja Singh, will be retiring this year. But not before the 101 year old athlete finishes his final task, the Hong Kong Marathon on February 24th.

Singh finished the 2012 London Marathon with a time of 7:49, officially making him the oldest person to ever complete a marathon. If that's not inspiring enough, he also holds a handful of other records, including the best marathon time of anyone 90-and-older in the world, at 5:40.

Be sure to catch this inspiring runner on his historic final trek next month.
