Rajon Rondo has a strong connection with Boston. He's spent his entire career with the Celtics and he's had a ton of highlights since arriving to Boston in 2006 as a rookie. Today, Rondo featured a new colorway of his Anta Rondo 1 signature shoe.

What's special about these shoes, is that Rondo had the initials of Boston Marathon bombing victims printed on the shoe. The shoe also says "Boston Strong" on the tongue with the date of the bombings written in numerical form. That's definitely something to salute. Unfortunately for Rondo, he didn't get on the court in Boston's last game of the season against the Washington Wizards.
