The Rangers are the top team in the AL West. Last night they showed why they are the best in the West by a dominant performance against the Astros. The Rangers had an impressive 11- run third inning which sealed the game away for them. Star players, Marting and Andrus both sores three runs for the game including twice each in the massive 3rd inning. "We went up and down the lineup," manager Ron Washington said. "When we can do that is when we can be at our best." All nine Rangers scored in the third, when they sent 15 batters to the plate and had seven hits -- six singles and a double -- along with three walks, two Houston errors and a sacrifice bunt. Only five of the 11 runs were earned.

In this dominant performance we saw an assortment of cleats from Nike and Under Armour. Starting pitcher Matt Garza, wore the Nike Air Huarache 2KFresh as he won last night’s game. The Air Huarache is all about increasing your traction and bettering your speed. The shoe has a light weight upper to keep you light as well as an ankle for better lockdown and protection.  The full length Air unit provides great cushioning to push you through those 9 innings.

The Rangers look to continue their dominance as they take on Houston again tonight. Keep it looked on Sneaker Report for more from the MLB.
