The moment that Washington Redskin Fans have been waiting for his here: Quarterback Robert Griffin III will start for the season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles. After coming off a serious injury to his knee at the end of last season, RG3 looks poised for this “Monday Night Football” game. Griffin has been waiting for this moment he was cleared for training camp. He had to learn patience as his doctor kept him out of the preseason games to ensure that he is ready to play during the regular season.

"I would say I'm 100 percent, but you can't put a number on it," Griffin told ESPN980 Radio in Washington earlier this week. "No one ever knows when they are 100 percent or what percentage they're playing at. The biggest thing is, I'm not below 100 percent."

With RGIII ready to return, it will be exciting to see what new adidas cleat he intends on wearing this season. Last season, he broke out the adidas Crazy Quick cleats. Like the basketball shoe, the cleat is very light due to the SprintWeb on the upper and does not lack in support. The design also has great lockdown from a tech fit bootie tongue construction. It will be interesting to see if he will debut a new cleat or continue to pick defenses apart in the adidas Crazy Quick cleat.
