All good things must come to an end, and last night the Syracuse Orange’s remarkable 25-win undefeated streak was stamped out by Boston College. Of course, the Orange didn’t go down without a fight, and they pushed the game past regulation before falling 59-62 in OT. The Eagles were powered by strong showings from guard Olivier Hanlan and forward Ryan Anderson as they improved to 7-19. After this stunning loss, will Syracuse be able to hold on to their No. 1 spot?

Things went a little smoother in overtime for the No. 4 Arizona Wildcats as they met Utah. Gabe York had 15 points as Arizona survived 67-63 and bumped their record to 23-2. From Fairfax, Virginia, No. 10 Saint Louis was also able to dodge a scare in overtime against George Mason with a 89-85 win.

In the NBA, there’s no sign of slowing down as the race to the playoffs has intensified post-All-Star break. From New Orleans, Carmelo Anthony continued to up his game with a 42 point showing in the Knicks win. Kemba Walker, John Wall, Joe Johnson, and Kyrie Irving also showed out in some of the best sneakers of the night, so be sure to hit the gallery above to catch up on the action.
