The Shoes That Won Last Night: Goran Drajic Torches NO with Career High

Coming into last night's home game against the New Orleans Pelicans, Phoenix's Goran Drajic's status was said to be a game-time decision. Drajic had injured his right ankle last Sunday, and was said to have called it his worst ankle injury of the season. Once the buzzer hit, that all went out of the window, and Dragic took over the game with a career-high 40 points as the Suns rallied to a 116-104 win. On the opposing side, Anthony Davis also returned from an injury, but his 32 points weren't quite enough to stop Phoenix and the Dragon.

In Cleveland, Kyrie Irving had had a sensational night with his first career triple-double, posting 21 points, 12 assists, and 10 rebounds in the Cavs' win. Amid the excitement, a fan got a little too carried away and ran onto the court, attempting to make contact with Irving before being taken down by security.

Around the league, there was no shortage of offense as Stephen Curry picked up a triple-double of his own and Kevin Durant had a huge night in the Thunder's win over Memphis. Hit the gallery above for a full rundown.

The official start of the MLB season takes place later this month, and for fans that just can't wait, the spring games are currently going down. You'll find a recap of some of yesterday's best kicks after the break.
