Aaron Rodgers

Football fever heated up yesterday as week two of the NFL regular season continued. The day's top performer was without a doubt Green Bay QB Aaron Rodgers, who fell just short of 500 passing yards and connected on four touchdowns. Elsewhere in the league, many teams battled it out in close, hard fought games. The only blowout to speak of came during the night's final game where the Seahawks downed the 49ers 29-3.

In MLB action, Max Scherzer extended his outstanding season and Yadier Molina helped lead the Cardinals to a 12-2 win.
