College basketball was in full force as on the Men’s side the New Mexico Lobos managed to win in double overtime 97-94 over the UAB Blazers. In Women’s Basketball, the North Carolina Tar Heels destroyed the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers 106-52 behind some great basketball leadership and performances from Stephanie Mavunga and Diamond DeShields.
It was Thursday Night Football and a nice division rivalry between the Falcons and Saints was featured. The Falcons have experienced a disappointing season, but they’ll always try to put on their best performance against a division rival. The game was close, but the Saints managed to win 17-13 behind 2 passing touchdowns from quarterback Drew Brees pushing their record to a solid 9-2. Here are the Shoes That Won Last Night.
