Spurs Unveil Alternate Uniforms for the 2012-13 NBA Season

A couple of weeks after the New York Knicks unveiled their new look for the upcoming 2012-13 NBA season, the San Antonio Spurs follow suit with a first look at their new alternate uniforms.

As modeled by Spurs swingman Danny Green and second-year forward Kawhi Leonard, the mostly-gray uniform features a fairly conservative design, which is, actually, right on line with the organization it represents. The slightly dull, monochromatic look is contrasted with black and white trim and lettering. This is of course an alternate, so the team will still wear their traditional home and away digs for the most part.

While the new uniforms may not be all that exciting, the video of the unveiling is a nice little nod to Spurs history. Check it out below.
