With the 2013 US Open men's singles final between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic set, it looks like the two best players left standing also happen to wear two of the best tennis sneakers around (Nadal with the Nike Air Max Courtballistec 4.3, and Djokovic in the adidas Barricade 7).

Though, while the Courtballistec and Barricade just happen to be in the spotlight, it seems, more so than any others in recent years, there are other players in the game--we're talking other sneakers and athletes.

When it comes to hard court tennis shoes, the options are virtually endless in today's footwear market. Hard court surfaces like the ones at the US Open are generally more popular than soft ones like clay and grass. So while a majority of tennis sneakers are intended for "all-court" play, the design element tends to cater most towards hard courts.

Now, there may be only two players remaining, but when the US Open draw was set back in August, there were 128 men's singles players, all with one goal in mind: to prove themselves on one of the sport's biggest stages. And while most of them have seemingly blown away one after another into the howling Flushing Meadows wind, Sneaker Report has kept track of each players stats, and his sneakers. Here, we combine the two in descending order from least wins to most to crown the US Open sneaker champion.

This is By the Numbers: Statistics for Each Sneaker Worn at the 2013 US Open.
