Yesterday, the Los Angeles Lakers held their annual media day to kick off training camp and welcome a host of newcomers to the Laker organization. One person on the Lakeshow who needs no introduction whatsoever is shooting guard Nick Young aka Swaggy P. Never short on words, Swaggy dished to the LA media on some of his goals and expectations for the upcoming season, which ultimately led to some of the best quotes we've heard from an athlete in quite some time.

Some of the highlights from his interview came when asked about his rookie hazing, as he's making some of the newcomers call him "Daddy Swag" or "Uncle Swag".

"This a family affair here," Young said, laughing. "And it's a part of their rookie duties. I gotta start 'em off with something. They killed me my rookie year."

Possibly the most hilarious part was when Swaggy touched on the fact that he wants to win this year's MVP, Sixth Man of the Year, the Most Improved Player of the Year, and the Defensive Player of the Year. Insane goals for an somewhat insane man, but clearly he's ready to take this season head on.

"I got robbed for last year," said Young. "I might take a couple charges, dive out of bounds like Dennis Rodman, get the fans involved. I gotta do something crazy."

Young just signed a new contract with the Lakers this year, and it's exactly where he wanted to be considering he lives for the spotlight. No matter what happens in LA going forward this season, at least Swaggy will always be there to provide some incredible post game commentary.
