The Chicago Sky's run continued last night with a 80-69 win over the New York Liberty. With a 12-4 overall and 7-1 home record, the Sky are situated at the top of the Eastern Conference.

Sylvia Fowles carried the load for Chicago with a double-double, posting 15 points, 13 rebounds, three blocks, and two assists on the night. Meanwhile, Tamera Young came off the bench to lead Chicago in scoring with 17 points, while the Sky had another three players who hit double digits.

Surprisingly, rookie Elena Delle Donne put up a career-low seven points, shooting just 2-8 from the field. Delle Donne spoke on her performance after the game: "Wins are all that matters. I said it earlier, if I have to play decoy and they want to deny like that, then I will play decoy the rest of the season and we'll get wins. I'm very happy with getting that win and showing some toughness in the second half and gritting it out on defense." It's hard to argue with a win-at-any-costs attitude like that.

Fowles, who's averaging 14.5 points per game, probably won't take home the WNBA scoring title this year, but her all-around contributions have been imperative to Chicago's success. Lately she's been rocking the Nike Hyper Quickness, which is built with a nearly seamless Hyperfuse upper and features Zoom Air cushioning in the forefoot. Try the Hyper Quickness today for $105.
