This is a pretty good list. I like the models and brands you chose, but why not link to a place where I can buy the shoe or look at more information?

None of these shoes are strictly walking shoes. What a waste of a click-through

Nice list, particularly the Brooks suggestions. I have found Brooks to make a very good quality shoe for exercising. Thanks for sharing!

This list is okay, but most of these shoes aren’t the best for walking and where can we buy them from? Here is a much better list for walking sneakers:

I like the New Balance a lot, as those I find are the perfect blend of comfort and durability, plus they help significantly for people with aching feet. But overall I’d say the list is really good, nice job. http://www.shoesforplantarfasciitisguide.com/new-balance-shoes-for-plantar-fasciitis/

Why are they all so ugly? I mean who designs these things sci-fi nerds?

I AGREE!!! This is a real pet peeve of mine! I am a sales professional who does a lot of walking from house to house. My uniform requires basic black shoes or sneakers. Wearing one of this NEON orange-purple monstrosities would definitely look out of place! Not sure, but I think these outlandish colors started appearing during the urban hip-hop craze of the Nineties and never went away. At any rate, this style looks extremely dated and immature to my eyes.

If sneaker companies want to continue to produce bright colored running and walking sneakers – that’s great! All we ask is that you ALSO offer the SAME sneaker in basic white or black. Thank you!
