All the fuss about Robert Griffin III covering up the Nike swoosh on his warmup shirt didn't stop Tom Brady from making a similar move at a Wednesday media session. The New England Patriots quarterback made it known who his allegiance lies with by covering up the swoosh on his gray Nike hoodie with a strip of tape.

As an Under Armour endorsee, Brady's move shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Similar to RGIII's case, Brady's antics will likely come without repercussions. While players aren't allowed to conceal Nike logos on game day gear, there's no rule stopping them from doing the same with their on-field apparel. This is likely to be a continuing trend throughout the rest of the NFL season.
