A few weeks back, Under Armour confirmed that Stephen Curry would get his own signature shoe with the brand in 2015. It didn't take long as Under Armour has now given the shoes a unveiling date.

At last night's Footwear News Achievement Awards in NYC, Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank announced that the Steph Curry 1 would make it's debut at on the biggest stage, the 2015 NBA All-Star Game. We've seen a few pictures of the Curry 1 already, and the announcement comes as no surprise considering Curry has been pushed as the brand's premier basketball athlete. Plank gave a direct quote to our friends at Sole Collector saying, "The Steph Curry 1 will be out for the NBA All-Star Game."

This isn't the only good piece of news as Plank even confirmed that the "Steph Curry 2 is in the works and Steph Curry 3 is in the works", giving more credence to UA's commitment to Curry. For now though, Curry will still have to lace up PE's of the UA ClutchFit Drive until the Steph Curry 1 is officially ready to launch.
