On Saturday, November 3rd, 2012 two Top 25-ranked football teams will cross paths in a Texas-sized showdown, as the Texas Longhorn will travel to Lubbock to face rival Texas Tech to keep pace in the Big 12.

To get amped up for the occasion, the Texas Tech Red Raiders will don a special “Lone Star Pride” uniform designed by Under Armour to perform faster, stronger, and get the team ready to battle for the Pride of Texas. The predominantly red unis feature the “Lone Star” symbol seen on the state flag from top to bottom, including on the jersey shoulders, cleats, gloves, and even socks.

The UA COMPFIT PRIDE uniforms not only look sick, but they are infused with no-drag technology to allow players to play at maximum speed. Paired with UA GRABTACK PRIDE gloves, and UA Micro G cleats, the Red Raiders will go into battle with some of the best gridiron gear available today. All they have to do now is go out there and win—it won’t be easy.
