Mark your calendars for November 28, as it just may be the best dressed basketball game of all time.
Last week, we showed you the throwback uniforms Penn State's men's basketball team plans to wear a few times this year. It turns out that one of those occasions will be on November 28 when the Nittany Lions travel to Bucknell to take on the Bisons. Now, the Bison have unveiled the throwbacks they will wear for the game and they are pretty much perfection.
The Bison will wear their throwback uniforms from the 1976 season, which happened to be the last time that Bucknell and Penn State met in Lewisburg. While the adidas uniforms are all well and good, what we really need to talk about are those warmups. A solid navy blue top with an orange "B" sits on top of white pants with navy blue and orange stripes in what figures to be one of the best warmup combos ever. If we were Bucknell, we'd scrap whatever warmups the team is currently wearing in favor of these throwbacks pronto.
