This past week has been chalk full of debut colorways for the Nike Kobe 9 EM. We've seen several versions including the "Unleashed" colorway, and a possible World Cup inspired Kobe 9, both of which are scheduled to hit shelves later this month. Today, we get more detailed images another inspired colorway, this time in the form of the Nike Kobe 9 EM "Philippines".

The Nike Kobe 9 EM "Philippines" features a traditional banig patterns, similar to those used to make mats in Asia and the Philippines. Done in mainly black and red, with yellow, purple, and multiple other colors integrated as accents throughout the upper. Also included is a large '24' located on the upper to represent Kobe's number, and is set atop a translucent outsole for a unique look.

No word on if or when these will have a U.S release date, but keep in mind that sever Kobe 8 models made their initial debut overseas and eventually hit shelves stateside. Let us know what you think of the Nike Kobe 9 EM "Philippines" @SneakerReport, and if you plan of scooping a pair when they make the trip across the pond.
