NBA All-Star weekend is right around the corner, and many ask the same question they've been asking for years now. Why isn't Lebron James in the Slam Dunk Contest? Considered as one of the most prolific dunkers in the game today, countless fans wonder why Lebron has never entered. Since his rookie year, James has yet to participate and has only verbally committed on occasion to only withdraw when the time came.

Questions about Lebron's legacy come forth when thinking of his absence in the contest. But with two NBA championships and an array of other awards, King James doesn't seem to worried about the dunk contest at all.
