LeBron James and the Miami Heat are in the thick of yet another playoff run, as they swept the Charlotte Bobcats last night in the first round, moving slightly closer to a fourth straight NBA Finals experience. Although LeBron hasn't been wearing his signature shoe much this season, that hasn't kept Nike from rolling out colorways by the truckload. Today, Nike let loose the official images of the LeBron 11 "Everglades", paying homage to the Florida landscape and ecosystem.
The Nike LeBron 11 "Everglades" draws inspiration from the two million acre wetland ecosystem that spans across much of Florida, and incorporated a leafy graphic based on the unique colors, and vibrant landscape of the region. As usual the LeBron 11 is a performance monster, featuring Hyperposite pieces for a lightweight feel with superior responsiveness, and the addition of Hyperfuse construction and dynamic Flywire technology throughout the upper.
The Nike LeBron 11 "Everglades" will be available at Nike.com and at select retailers worldwide beginning May 17.
