Fans will have their first shot at the Nike Kyrie 1 tomorrow when they "Dream" colorway drops exclusively in North America.
Inspired by Kyrie Irving's childhood dream of playing in the NBA on Christmas Day, the upper combines black mesh with a colorful hodgepodge of items which tell Kyrie's life story. Among the things depicted on the upper are stars from the Aussie flag, his jersey number, a brass musical instrument, and a skateboard. The red outsole sees Nike's unique 360-degrees traction pattern crawl go all the way up the side of sneaker while a contrasting black midsole creates a pattern inspired by the Sydney Opera House. Kyrie will lace up the "Dream" sneakers on Christmas Day when the Cavaliers travel to Miami for LeBron James' first game back in South Beach since coming back home to Ohio.
