Last night was a special night for Oklahoma City Guard Russell Westbrook in more than one way. Not only was it his first game back after missing 27 games due to knee surgery, it was also his mother's birthday. Westbrook celebrated the special day with a special player edition Air Jordan XX8 SEs that read "Happy B-Day Mom" on the sole.
Unfortunately for Westbrook, the festive shoes could not bring the Thunder a victory over the Miami Heat. However, Westbook did make his mother proud by tallying 16 points with five rebounds and two assists in the losing effort.
